They were very nice and friendly. Just recently went to get me a small unit for somethings that were cluttering and I wasn’t ready to give up just yet. Erica was the one who had attended to me and was very helpful, she had amazing costumer service. overall great experience!

I have housed my things there in a 10X15 for almost one year and they are very helpful each time I visit. They even reduced my rate when I was laid off due to COVID earlier this year. I got an email that the rate was scheduled to go back up a few days ago and called to see what they could do. Chanel just called me to let me know I was approved to keep the lower rate awhile longer. Thanks, Chanel. 10/10 customer service.
