Multiple units burglarized in late January 2021. The Public Storage management contacted my business partner to inform her that there was a burglary and to evaluate the damages. We arrived to find over a dozen interior units had their doors ripped off and the units' contents thrown into the hall. After the inventory we found multiple items had been taken The management team was apologetic but unhelpful to the extent of stonewalling. Getting the police report became a full-time job and the insurance claim became unpaid overtime. Public Storage requires an insurance program that refuses to accept the claim and has stated that the management did not report the incident properly to HPD.
Great storage. Faisal was great to deal with. Highly recommend.
