To me Brad is BVS
My service technician Mazda’s is Very courteous and friendly service representative. Did a thorough and detailed inspection/cleaning of AC/heating unit. He also went out of his way to reseal unit and inspect all systems thoroughly.
I highly recommend Brazos Valley Services for HVAC services. I have been a customer since 2004 because I have always received excellent service. Drew performed service at my home this morning. Drew was courteous, expedient, professional and thorough. He gave me ample opportunity to ask questions and answered my questions completely.
Our service call was handled by Trenton Glueck. He was professional, efficient, friendly and well prepared to service our split unit. He resolved all issues we had and gave us peace of mind that we will have a warm home for the upcoming winter. We are very pleased with BVS and have recommended their services to our friends.
