Wonderful experience buying a car here. I spent a lot of time going to car dealerships before purchasing my K5 and simply said Westside Kia cannot be beat. From customer service to their attention to detail just exceptional. I didn’t feel an ounce of pressure to buy a car but I did end up buying one that day. Definitely will be going back for my next car !!

I went in knowing exactly what car i wanted to view. The salesman pulled the car to the front, I Gave them my ID to test drive, and they told me i had to stay in the parking lot. Before i could pull off they asked me to come inside where i was greeted by someone else who basically tried to say in a nice way “you can’t afford this Car and you can’t test drive it” I am looking for a car because my Volkswagen was totaled and i feel like they judged me off of this w/o knowing the full story. It was totaled due to a drunk driver swerving in front of my car and I wasn’t even the driver. They claimed a lot of people total the stinger during the test drive so i couldn’t drive it. So people total the car while driving in the parking lot? I don’t think so. Then he says the price of the insurance will be higher than the car note and assumed i wouldn’t be able to afford both. They should have requested pay stubs and to look at my credit because i can afford this car with full coverage insurance. I already did a quote using the vin. Then he suggest that i consider a brand new car that was $2k more for the basic model K5. That car sucked.

Had to take one of our vehicles in for a recall inspection and ecu update. Simple to book the appointment at a convenient time and their shuttle took me home while they did the work. Picked it up later that. Chuck at the service counter was super friendly and helpful and Herb the shuttle driver was great to chat with.nEverything was done promptly and done well.

Rick was amazing and provided me and my daughter (who also bought a car that day) with quality customer service. I actually needed a new car, but wasn't even trying to buy a car that day, but when I saw the way he handled my daughter (this was the fourth car purchase for all three of my kids...BTW) , I asked him to look at giving me some numbers on one of the cars that caught my attention on the lot. Once he allowed me to test drive the car, gave me the numbers and showed me the features, I was sold. Thanks Rick for taking care of me and my three kids for the last several years. I recommend Rick and Westside Kia to anyone.
