This place put my life, my family's life, and everyone around me on the road in danger through their negligence. I will NEVER do business with them again. If you need a trusted mechanic, go down the road to Christian Brothers. I came in for a SIMPLE alignment, and an hour in was told I need a Cambor, raising my cost. Ok, fine. Paid, got it back, they hadn't straightened the steering wheel so it was still cocked to the right and told me that it was still pulling left & blamed the tires. About 6 weeks later, I got 4 new tires. Problem seemingly solved except they never straightened the steering wheel. Few months later, start hearing a popping during a sharp left turn and also noticed my driver's side front tire was way worn on the outside. Go to my TRUSTED mechanic thinking CV Joint, ball bearing, tire rod maybe. Find out this place did NOT tighten the bolts back on my strut after loosening them to put in my Cambor. Now won't refund my money despite video evidence of my problem. Do NOT go here unless you eventually want more problems..... I've officially hired an attorney this week.
