What a great experience!! Many thanks to Jason for providing a stress free shopping experience. There was plenty of quality inventory to choose from. As we took our time looking, I felt like we had a friend with us that had more knowledge and was just showing us features we didn't know to look for. We learned so much and we found exactly what we were looking for. After a test drive we were given time to ourselves to check it out on our own while he assisted other customers. He would check in with us and answer any questions we had. We took a long time to completely look it over and never felt any pressure to buy. After we decided to purchase, we were kept in constant contact as to what was going on to get the RV ready to transfer to us. On pick up day, Jason took us through every system and we were shown how to operate everything to our level of satisfaction. If it took 2 tries, we did it twice until we got it. I am completely satisfied with our buying experience. I feel like I shopped local. I will recommend friends and family that are looking to shop here. Tell Jason I sent you!!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Auto and RV World of Texas. Both Neil and Jason are awesome. I purchased my Winnebago Class C Motor Home from them. Jason went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase, and indeed I am. Plus glad that I got the Winnebago as their customer support is really good too. I would buy again from them.

We had a last minute trip and Jason went above and beyond to help accommodate us on an rv rental. We were also fist time rv drivers. Jason went over everything we needed to know. We will definitely go here again.

So grateful to the great rental and customer service we received from Auto & RV World of Texas! Our rental was sparkling clean and in great mechanical condition. Customer care was A++, including a quick response to a text sent after 8p.m. on a Friday night from a gas station because we weren't sure which fuel to use. :)
