Patricia was an excellent waitress. She was very attentive to our needs was very personable. She was always making sure we had what we need and made excellent food and drink recommendations for us. Todd also came to check on us to make sure we were doing well, which has not ever happened before at a bowing alley. Wonderful experience, 1st time here. The manager Todd, my server Ashley and the entire team delivered excellent customer service! So far the friendliest entertainment establishment by far. No matter what staff members I came in contact with, they all had the same pleasant attitude. Highly recommend!
Brought the family out to Main Event Katy for family day during Spring Break 21' and had a blast! Our server cam was great and the manager Todd (Roll Tide) was amazing as well. Todd cam over and made sure all was good and told us if we needed anything just let him know. Great place to bring the family to enjoy a good time.

We had great family time at Main Event Katy. Our waiter, Kane, was attentive, helpful, and fun. Todd the manager checked on us several times to ensure that they were meeting our standards. The pizza and wings were all really good, exceeded our expectations. We had a really fun evening playing games with the kids. Highly recommend giving the folks at Main Event a visit!
