I took my son here. He had a blast. Great place for kids. Clean safe environment. Staff was great and very helpful. Manager checks in on guests which I thought was great. The other places in the area could learn a thing or two from them. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone.
I loved it here! The front desk was so helpful with any questions i had and the staff was so quick with getting my kids on and off of attractions. They had a wonderful time playing with the other kids while i got to sir and relax in the nice massage chairs they have. I noticed the staff wiping down and cleaning throughout my visit and that made me feel good knowing they care about cleanliness and keeping the park overall clean. For such a young staff they were very nice and respectful and my kids loved them! 10/10 recommend!!
The staff there is AMAZING! Kathleen and Chandler made the most outstanding pizza! Everything was so clean and sanitized every hour. This is my new place to go out and have fun so my kids aren’t on those dang electronics. Gracie and Shel were the sweetest at front desk, they were so nice i ended up signing up for a membership ❤ufe0f My boys love it here. If i could give 10 stars I totally would!
I came to this urban air because I saw so many great reviews about the place.. I come in and the staff in the front are very nice and helpful!!! Great teens!!! I bought the highest package for my twin daughters and all the workers were there to help them get on and off! I recommend this place for kids and even teens, such a fun place to play and be at!! GREAT customer service from everyone!! The manager is very respectful and helpful!!! She was very helpful when it came to explain each package to me and my twins!! I will for sure be back here and I will book my daughters birthday party here!!
I can’t begin to say enough or even give enough praise and gratitude about this location and the staff at this location.... I am a single father raising my 4 year old son and I have been going to this urban air location for the past year on a daily basis.... The amenities at this park have have greatly improved my son’s physical and emotional skills, growth, and social interaction...nThe staff has been outstanding and always gone over and above to insure the safety and positive experience for my son and myself on every visit.... I have been to several entertainment park with my son and this by far has been the best and would highly recommend this urban air location to anyone that is looking for a positive, safe, and fun environment for their children to develop their physical and social skills through the numerous activities and amenities that this location provides...
