Excellent cheeseburgers. At this establishment you're going to have to order everything a la carte period this is not somewhere where you get combo meals. I do have to say the wavy fries are delicious. they are actually cooked through all the way and have crispiness on the outside with a little potato on the inside. The hamburgers are a little small for the price, but they are amazing. We will be back.
Food taste does NOT match the price. Idk if its because its in galleria that the price is so high or if all locations are this highly priced. Food is alright and staff was nice though
Wow my husband and I did not enjoy the food at all. We order the shack burger single and double. It was a grease burger oily and flat. My bun was literally oil put it on a napkin to soak up the oils. The floor leading up to the restroom were oily and slippery. That’s a hazard for people FYI not even sure how sanitary it is when your floors are that slippery and your burgers are oily.nDissatisfied with this location.
Poor customer service. I haven't had an issue here in the past but this issue still hasn't been resolved. Last month I placed an order online. I called 15 minutes later to cancel it, was told it would be canceled and refunded. It never was, no refund was issued. I called back up to the store 4 days later after waiting to see if there would be a refund. No one answered so left a message. No return call. No refund still. Very disappointed in lack of follow up on this.
Delicious burger and shake! Great location too! We sat at the window and enjoyed people watching while eating our yummy dinner!
