Worst pizza I’ve ever had from Pizza Hut. Definitely not like the chains in Memphis I grew up eating. Pizza was overcooked. The beyond meat plant based sausage and cheese were overcooked. Where is the pride in serving food that is both aesthetically pleasing and food that satisfies the palette? Only perk was the curbside pickup. I should’ve seen the picture of the burnt pizza in the review before I wasted money. The pizza was so bad that I didn’t even have an appetite for the fresh pizza in the break room at my job the next day. I will go without pizza for a while after this experience.

The food was really good but the customer service experience wasn't as good to make me visit it again. Next time it will be carry out.
