Love this little gem. Great selection of fish and hard to find ingredients. Friendly staff and always easy to quickly find what I need, although I would be content browsing for hours.
Awesome little Japanese grocery store. Very cool finds in here including Japanese Wagyu, sushi grade fish, and many more!
A wonderful, small and intimate Japanese grocery store. This is not a huge mega-variety of Asian products, but primarily focused on the diverse Japanese grocery offerings.nnYou can pick up sushi-grade fish to make your own, or snap up theirs. The seafood is beaurtiful and fresh.nnWhile the selection of Japanese groceries is extensive, the real winner here is the staff. They are nice, friendly and very helpful. They have a wall of DVDs and we have been looking for a few movies in particular. They did not have them in stock and we asked if they could special order it but only if it had English subtitles. The woman was so fabulous. She called several places trying to find the movie but as of yet, nobody has the English subtitles. That is outstanding customer service.nnThis will be a regular stop on our route as we do our shopping for Japanese ingredients.
Customer service is amazing. It's the etiquette that I would only expect from native Japan. There are few business that make me feel like I should give them more of my money as a valued customer, and Nippan Daido is one of them.
It was pretty good, i would give it three stars because the stuff there is pretty cheap but I disnt really know what alot of it meant. But if you like Japanese food and candy that's a perfect place to go!
