NCE Electrical & Construction is unprofessional and untrustworthy.nnI paid the owner, David Nguyen (also known as Matthew David Nguyen) to perform work on my house and nothing was done. As soon as I asked for my money back, Mr. Nguyen began to ignore my attempts to contact him. I would call his number, send him text messages, or send an e-mail and he would not make an attempt to contact me for almost a year's time. He made multiple claims that he would return my money, but did not show up at our agreed public meeting place or meeting time on multiple occasions. Mr. Nguyen returned parts of my money, but only in the form of cashier's checks and he did not follow the payment schedule we agreed to.nnI then began to pursue legal action against NCE Electrical & Construction and Mr. Nguyen, and only then would I be contacted. However, Mr. Nguyen continued to be uncooperative. Mr. Nguyen did not provide the information I requested for the legal case, and did not wish to speak to my legal counsel. I have been pursuing legal action for almost three and a half years now due to delays caused by Mr. Nguyen's last minute submissions to the case.nnThe way that Mr. Nguyen of NCE Electrical & Construction behaved in the sign of trouble should indicate the type of business that is being run. I do not recommend anyone to use the services of Mr. Nguyen and his company.

David has been purchasing lights from our company for a few years now for his projects. He is very good to work with and gets the job done right.
