Recent e-bay purchase of Ford Excursion. Advertised with new tires, not accurate they were 30% at best and manufactured in 2011. Asked for a copy of 160 point inspections and Nima stopped replying. Had the following issues: Brake pads crumbling, both batteries missing hold down brackets, interior lights always on (bad switch), power door locks don't work on tailgate or front passenger door, rocks stuck in shifter linkage, starter was not bolted in securely, oil pan had been replaced and dip stick not attached properly, needed upper and lower ball joints, wipers blades, heat and air only works on defrost, water pump shot,, needed idler pulley and belt tensioner. I get some of this may not be picked up in a 160 point inspection. I've bought and sold quite a few vehicles on EBay and this is the worst of the worst transaction I've had.

My experience with Texas_etrucks has been great. Nime has been very responsive and helpful. He has great knowledge of the trucks he's selling and very informative with questions that I had. I've never bought a vehicle on line before, but he was very helpful, and genuinely seemed appreciative of my business. Beth did a great job with the paperwork and helped me through the process. Great job guys, highly recommend!

bought a truck trough ebay 2006 Chevy Silverado 3500 DuramaxneBay item number:124528722108ntruck was involved in the accident, no info was provided regarding any damages , was described as a clean Texas truck, but never been told truck spend 2006-2021 life in the New York, the state which use salt and most likely truck has rust undercarriage, ask to send me pics, after that seller disappeared and wont respond to text or emailsnBeyers please check the Carfax before buy anything form this people, find this dealer dishonest, currently working with PayPal to get my money back,nthis dealer wont respond to my text or emails , be aware

I have bought cars for years and I thought Nima was a nice salesman to deal with, but come to find out he is very dishonest, he told me the sunroof worked and it didn’t, it was unplugged so how could he test it? And the reason it was unplugged was because the track is broke, that’s $400 repair that I wasn’t planing on paying, he said the truck was never in a accident and it was, he said it was a nice clean truck but failed to mention a huge dent in the box side, that’s a $500 fix, his pics don’t show it, I had Beth in there office send me a video of the truck, and that’s when I noticed the dent, but I had already sent the check. he said it goes through a 160 point inspection and service, it was low on all fluids and a turn signal bulb was burned out, the rear brakes are junk, and now the truck has a my key program so the truck is limited on speed and radio volume and that’s gonna cost another $250 to fix, so it may go through a inspection but they won’t fix or let alone tell you what’s wrong with it. On a good note Beth is very honest and I would deal with her again, but Nima I wouldn’t trust him to anything, he’s the reason salesman have bad names.

Working with Texas eTrucks has been a pleasure from start to finish. I don’t have enough positive words to describe my experience with Nema and Beth. Even though we’ve never met in person they worked with me every step of the way in my truck buying experience. Purchasing anything online, sight unseen, can be very stressful let alone something as large as a vehicle purchase. After working with them and their company I’m not sure I would work with anyone else. Since it was the first time I had done anything like that I had a ton of questions. They were very patient and answered every question I could come up with in a very timely manner. They seemed to understand how nervous I was purchasing a truck from several states away and sight unseen. I would say they bent over backwards to help me thru the whole process. Nema is very knowledgeable about the business he’s in and will go out of his way to find the exact vehicle you’re looking for and Beth in an absolute rock star when it comes to paperwork! When comes time for another truck purchase I wouldn’t have a problem going with them again!
