Great people and great prices. My family have always gone there to get used cars in great condition. They do anything to help you out, they also give you plenty of time to start making your new changes and arrangements to pay them. Just got a Maxima from them this month. And i don’t regret it.

I am from Colorado. I moved here a year ago. I live close to Richmond Avenue. On my way to work I would ride pass Titanium Auto every day. I noticed that they had really nice cars.nIn February 2021 I finally got tired of Ubering to work and the money coming out of my account daily. One Saturday evening just before they closed I went to Titanium and they were really nice. They told me to come back during the week. I went back and the process was very simple and easy. There was no pressure. Getting my insurance quotes were the only thing that held me up..nnBut the Owner Eddie and his team were very nice. They ask me what did I want and were very very respectful and nice.As I stated before I didn't feel any pressure.nnEddie is very nice. He is calm and extremely helpful. He made me feel comfortable and was a true professional. He put me in a 2017 Camry. He wanted to offer a good reliable vehicle. The vehicle looks new. The interior and exterior are in good condition.nnI knew I needed special financing and I knew I didn't want to go big car lot.nnTitanium has really good taste and they have a classy selection of cars.nnI had some nails in my tires and Eddie was very accommodating and immediately willing to help. He replaced my wheel locks and gave me 2 new tires.nnI am pleased with my car and choosing Titanium. Absolutely disgusted. I drove 40 miles to look at a $3,000 car. I had $1,000 down. They said over the phone that they would make it work with affordable payments under $100 a month. That fit my budget and it was a model car that I wanted so I drove my rental all the way to Southwest Houston. When I got there the gentleman said that since it was in-house financing that with $1,000 down it would be $250 every two weeks for a year. It does not take a genius to figure out that that is outrageous. I laughed in his face and left. Just try to be a female going to buy a car alone.

Extremely professional and personal experience. I went in after looking at there cars online and when I arrived I was warmly greeted by the owner (Eddie) and felt welcomed. There wasn’t a second where I felt pressured to do anything, it was a totally stress free experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that needs a car! Wonderful friendly atmosphere.

Great service. But do not finance your car through the company they offer. It is called Credit Acceptance do not finance through them because they do not care about what credit score you have. I ended up paying 20 plus percent in interest for my car even though my credit score is a 720. The company is terrible and do not offer refinancing. They also make paying off your vehicle very difficult. they can not receive more than 2500 dollars at a time so you have to make multiple payments with a fee attached to every one.
