Pizza was pretty good for Pizza Hut. Not enough sauce (ordered it extra sauce but made it regular). Toppings and pizza were fresh. Good customer service.
Been going here for years, pizza quality has been mostly good. This time was a bit underwhelming though. Got the dinner box, not only did it take over 30 minutes for it to be ready, the cheese sticks were a bit burnt, the cinna sticks were undercooked and the pizza, did not have enough cheese topping coverage.
absolutely deplorable service from our Pizza Hut on 7820 Long Point Rd in Houston. Driver Mike drops off the wrong order. I call manager Janet and ask to have him come back. Tells me itll be 30 minutes before the driver will be back. Nothing she can do. So i ask for a refund, tells me cant do that either. She's not authorized. I ask for a manager that can. She says nope. Call back tomorrow. Manuels done for the day. So now im sitting in here with a strangers food, wondering about the other guy this happened to. i understand swapping an order by mistake, but the follow up is unacceptable.
Food tsste great. Service is fast.
I'll be quick and brief with this survey. The pizza was some of the best I've had in this particular area. They have the best crust that just hits the spot. The sauce and toppings were great as well. Absolutely love the pizza.
