0 stars for the girl that works in the front, just started working in the area and was looking for fried rice, this place was the closest, the rice was great the first couple times, 3rd time I had very few pieces of shrimp, ask the girl for hot sauce where YOU PICK THE ORDER UP FROM and she sat down on the opposite side and placed the hot sauce in front of her, didn't even hand it to me, she was not courteous or welcoming the first cpl times either, and my co-worker just returned from picking up her order and said the same about her, customer service goes a long way and from the other reviews, I'm not the only one, hope her family sees this and maybe switch positions since she seems to hate interacting with people.

This was my 2nd time ordering from this place. I WILL NOT BE BACK BECAUSE OF THE YOUNG LADY TAKING THE ORDERS IN THE FRONT. Her disposition was as if I was bothering her when I wanted to a order another dish.

Horrible service! I specifically asked for a large wonton soup with extra broth and instead I got extra wontons. I was charged extra for what I believed was broth and instead it was completely different. When I called and asked them to please fix it they refused and told me to take the wontons out. I’m really upset since I cannot hold food down and this should not be something I have to do when I’m not at fault. I even left a good tip to the driver which all was a waste of money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY RIP YOU OFF AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I've been ordering from 7Star for years now. Always delicious, always fast, and whether I pick up or have delivered, always friendly. I can pick up food, go to my parents house an hour away and the food is still piping hot. Even tastes fresh when I reheat the leftovers. I keep looking for them to open these days, but I think they're closed during this insane time. I'm having 7Star withdrawals...I've tried a few other places, but none to my liking.nEdit: They're back open y'all! Did the happy dance when I ordered! Still delicious! ud83eudd70
