Food has been less consistent recently. Filet mignon has been over-marinated and over-cooked. Chicken has been thin and dry. I recently ordered garlic chicken, and the chicken was shredded into thin strips that were extremely dry. Maybe that's why it wasn't on the menu? But even in Happy Family, chicken was disappointing. Smoothies and teas are good. Unfortunately, the restaurant is not as good as it once was. Combos are a good value.
The boba drinks were not impressive, felt like they lacked taste. Our experience would have been way better if not for the bearded guy at the counter. It was our first time here and I was excited because of the reviews I read, but if you ask a simple question you'll get eye rolls and rude attitude. Makes you feel like you're asking stupid questions, definitely won't be coming back to this place. Disappointed!
Food was hot and delicious! I got the Tangy Spicy chicken; and, I thought it was a nice, mild heat. The milk tea was the perfect compliment. The serving size is great too-more of the main dish than rice.
The food and drinks were a lot better than I expected and the customer service was great! I’ll definitely be coming back soon.
They need to get rid of that bearded guy on the counter. It's my first time here and I was excited due to all the good reviews, but if you ask a question and get eye rolls and very rude attitude, that's how a business goes down easily. Haven't tried the food, looks delicious on pictures, but customer service is terrible. Will update my rating on my next visit since I live across the street ud83dude09
