i Fratelli Pizza

This pizza review comes from two different occasions over a span of one month. Variables are two different pizzas, ordered in Person, (since there’s no dine in ) driven 12 minutes before pizza was enjoyed. The first time spoke to a really kind gentleman that’s at the front counter and you could tell that he generally wanted to be there and he actually had recommendations that wasn’t forced upon him by management. Every time I go to a pizza place ( 2-3 times a week) I always ask “ what’s your best seller?” Because if that’s the best seller, they probably do something a little bit different than the other pizzas or maybe it’s just a good collection of ingredients that add up to be the best… The counterman’s recommendation was the” big brother” By default I went with his recommendation. When I got the pizza to location that I was eating, noticed that there were so many ingredients, that almost the crust ( super thin ) was soggy and hard to hold. I was super unappreciative of the sauce, because it was almost like canned sauce. Since I don’t believe in first time impressions, I went back a second time. Luckily enough, there was a different counterman there and I asked the same exact question “ what’s Your best seller?” And his answer was almost perfect, he replies “ Just like our pizzas, people are different and it’s hard to say “ told him my concern about the big brother, and he just simply recommended to just go with a one topping pizza to have the crust still crunchy after a drive. I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza, drove it to the same exact location that I enjoyed the first pizza… and it fell flat. Even though the crust was still crispy and firm, the sauce is so bland. It’s Like one of those pizzas that you would order from a place that has so big of a menu that there’s nothing really great, but everything is OK or slightly good. The customer service is bar none, Interactions that I had with the people were great, that’s the reason why this is a four star review. If it was only based on pizza, it would be three stars for me.

Fantastic thin crust pizza! I just moved from Chicago to Houston and have been looking for great pizza. Chicago is known for Deep Dish but the real delicacy lies within the thin crust. This thin crust was top notch and I was very impressed. Courteous staff, prompt delivery, and great prices. Definitely will be back soon!

People should read up on the style of pizza this place serves before complaining about lack of sauce , thin crust etc. This place is bomb. Great service, good carry out experiences and delivery is always fresh. Pizza always tastes amazing, very crispy buttery flavor 10/10 every time.

I've been here 2 times now, once to pick up and once to deliver. Service was very polite and attentive when order placed in store. He answered all our questions and gave suggestions. Delivery was fast and free. The driver had some trouble finding my location but called right away for help and arrived within 3 minutes. Will continue to eat here because the pizza is delicious but the service won me over.

I tried this for the first time the other day and they make a great authentic thin crust pizza. It appears that thin crust is their specialty and all that they do, so if that's your kind of thing you have to give them a try. The toppings were very even and loaded throughout the pizza. The sauce tasted good and cheese melted well. The pizza is square cut which means it's very dippable so pizza dippers you are going to love it. Their customer service is great I had to do pick up because unfortunately I'm about a block or two out of their delivery range. Hopefully one day they can expand that way I can start ordering it from home but either way I'm going to be back for more and I recommend you give it a shot.
