Ok
Waited for more than 30 mins to someone to come take my order and no one ever did! A guy just stared at us and walked away. What kind of service is that?
Worst customer service ever. Ordered online the Detroit style pizza and they delivered it with no sauce at all. I called they told they were out of it and that's it. Only after I make a big deal did they offer a $3 comp for next order. Still not fixing my no sauce problem. I had to ask for them to send marinara, i live 2 min away. And they did send me some but it was cold. They never called me even when my cell phone is on the Receipt. This is a problem that could have been handled before delivery was made. Very poor managment they all need training. In the end I got cold pizza cold sauce and felt ripped off. I EVEN TIPPED. I will not be ordering from here again. This is the 4th time ive had something wrong and I'm now saying something. Adding to it they ever send my ranch. Only after being persistent did they send me 3 ranch I've paid for after giving me cold food. Had to finish it off in my toaster oven
Awesome super fast during the freeze gr8 pizza too
Food from Pizza Hut is always delish however the parking lot is a little bit tight if you're picking up at the pick up window. It's not designed for that feature periods
