Found straight black hair in my Parmesan Hot Wings. Certainly wasn't my hair since we're rocking curls and coils over here. Dominoes tried to give me a 20% offer on my next order, but why in the world would I have an appetite for anything from their establishment after almost swallowing a hair from the food they serve me? Gross.

I ordered sixteen pizzas online the day before they were needed. Very convenient. I called the next day and was able to go to the store to attach cards to each box before they were filled. The team there knew immediately about the order and was helpful and accommodating. The delivery was right on time, George walked upstairs and unloaded the pizzas right on to the tables in the break room, separating them out by topping for me. This was a seamless and efficient and friendly experience. Thank you!

One star only b/c it’s the lowest I could choose. I ordered and made the horrible mistake of having submitted it as ‘pick up’ vs delivery. There is no way to remedy that online. I called...was put on hold...well, after 10 minutes I went to the store. 7 employees when I walked in, after several minutes and no one even looking at me, I put the Domino’s endless on speaker for all to hear. Funny, they were quite irritated until they realized that it was THEIR message. So, finally, I’m helped...then charged the delivery fee as well....Not great customer service...but ok. After an hour our babysitter called on our first date-night during Covid to inform us that the pizza wasn’t there yet...an hour later. Once again, I call the store, I asked to speak to the manager...I was told I was (I wasn’t) who then proceeded to tell me I failed to give the person the addresss...F-....I gave the address 4 times. So the order was cancelled, charged in full and told it easy my fault. We’re done with Domino’s.
