I’ve been going to this Salon for a while now and never cancelled. I had a work emergency this weekend and had to cancel my appointment and called to do so. The receptionist Shawn told me there would be a cancellation fee for canceling within 24 hours. I was never told about this when I booked my appointment and I think if that’s the case it should be told when you book NOT after the fact. I told Shawn that I would not be coming there anymore because of this and he said that was fine as he clearly does not value his customers. This is not as if I’m a habitual canceller this was the first time I’ve ever cancelled an appointment! Here is what should have occurred: First, I should have been told this upon booking my appointment that there was a fee for cancelling within 24 hours and it would be fair. Second, if they forgot to tell me they should have been a lot nicer about it when I had to cancel and said there is a cancellation fee but we won’t charge it to you this time but next time there is one that would also be fair and keep the customer happy. They clearly don’t value their customers and more importantly seem to have no interest in keeping customers for their stylists. FREE BUSINESS ADVICE feel free to contact me for more if you need.
I love Ceron Hair Studio- they are professional, clean and have highly talented stylists. Crystal, in particular, has taken wonderful care of my hair for several years. I trust her taste and quality of her work implicitly- she has worked magic with my hair including cut, color, highlights, styling and hair extensions. Can't recommend enough!
I have been going to Crystal Imperato at Ceron (I actually followed her to Ceron from her previous salon) for years and absolutely LOVE her. She understands my hair and my lifestyle and always creates beautiful hair and color that I can actually live in. She is amazing at providing suggestions of what she thinks will work best, but also does an amazing job at listening to what I would like and then works her magic! She also did my tape-in extensions for my wedding and I felt like an absolute queen on my wedding day! Thank you Crystal for all that you do! I love you!
I have been going to this location about 2 years, I love my hair stylist Tristen, she is super nice and professional. I called in to reschedule my appointment the same day because I had an emergency to go get my son from school. ( not feeling good) . The manager lady at the memorial location told me if I cancel now , I have to pay for the half of the service, even though it’s an emergency. I told her , I have been coming here for 2 years and this is the first time I am hearing this about. She didn’t care , she was extremely rude, and unprofessional. I told her I won’t be coming anymore, she said that’s fine! I will let your hairstylist know and hang up on me! Don’t even bother to go this place , I liked my hairstylist but because of the management, and customer service I won’t be going there!! I have been going to Ceron Salon for 3 years and absolutely love it! Management is welcoming, amazing and professional. My stylist Amber, always makes sure I have the best experience and I LOVE my hair when I leave the salon. I highly recommend Ceron Salon at memorial and Amber is by far the BEST!!!!
