The pharmacist was very rude after she made a mistake with my prescription. Then acted like she was doing me a favor to let me return the mistake and pick up the correct one. 2 TRIPS I do not recommend, do better.

The manager of this cvs needs to move on to a different career path. As I checked out he was on a conference call with his mask down. I asked if I could use my coupons I had on my cvs card account. He said I didn't have any. I had just put them on my card in the car before I walked in. He was so not interested in assisting me and considered the conference call to be more important. He was very frustrated that I had even asked a question. I will never step foot in this cvs again. I've had it!!! Been coming here for years with mediocre service. This was the last straw.

Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE from front end associates. Tried to use a couple of coupons that I have used in the past, (not the exact same physical coupons, just the same kind, for Optifree) for some reason it would not work in this store. Talked to front end management about it and they did nothing other than tell me “you can take it or not”. Asked them to use the sequence number from the coupon to see why it’s not working. Another employee jumps in to tell me that they can’t do that. That’s would be fine if you could explain why. I have been to many other CVS’s and I know this is not the kind of service that CVS represents.

This is the worst CVS location in Houston which is saying a lot. The employees are extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional.nnPlus the MoneyGram machine is CONSTANTLY BROKEN
