Here is my honest review as a customer that goes to this place often since it is near my home.nnI never had any issues with pharmacists or associates. They were nice. HOWEVER, I can agree with other reviews that they need more training. I always have to wait in line inside or drive thru for longer than necessary. Also, they always look overwhelmed. I can admit I have never received bad customer service though.nnWhen I need to purchase some things, the associates are nice and notice your face if you come in there a lot. It is a small CVS, so some items I want may not be there.nnOverall, I still will go here because I have issues with the CVS on Gessner. That CVS is horrible.

Pharmacy customer service is absolutely atrocious. Desperately in need of training to improve common human decency or if they hate their jobs, please consider another place and everyone would be in better mood.

The pharmacy employees here are awful. I’ve had good experiences in the past but I always deal directly with the pharmacist. Whenever I have to deal with anyone else they are rude. They talk to me like I work there and know what they are talking about. They are always unwilling to help, asking me to call my doctor when they’ve been delinquent. If it weren’t so close to my home I would never use this place. I’m just hoping this review is seen so someone can deal with the horrible staff in the pharmacy.

I live literally 2 seconds from this pharmacy and drive on down to Voss and Westheimer for Walgreens just to avoid the headache
