If they had an option for 0 I would have absolutely given them that. Fransisco, is only worried about money. Therefore, He lord to get me to come in, got irritated when I asked intellectual questions before consenting to particular steps in the process, ignored me when I had questions ALLLLLL of these things while having gospel music playing in the background and psalm 91 hanging on the wall. I thought I was in a professional environment by my initial conversation with Ashley. I thought my experience would have been much better. Again, I left with nothing NOT even a yes or no on whether I was approved and I have been here for 4 hrs LITERALLY. I’ve had patience, did all that was asked, and I’m only leaving because the customer service was & IS just that horrible.

DO NOT go to this place.They are a joke.If I could give them zero stars I would! The only nice person I encountered was Ashley or Alecia I dont remember her name is exactly. They are not upfront or honest about pricing and dont want to tell you the price until after you sign.I needed a car asap so I thought I would give them a shot.This place is shady stay far away from it! They advertise 500 down payment,but will put you in a lemon...the car didnt even have a rear view mirror and a headlight was missing it smelled so bad,come on now.You can do better and this place aint it.Shame on you people for taking advantage of those down in life!!!

We came last year when we were in a desperate need for transportation. We got a car for an absurd price, but since we had no other options, you do what you have to.nWe ended up returning it like 2 months later.nWhen we were looking recently at another car dealership, the same guy from Freddy's who sold us the POS car we returned, was now employed there.nHe told us the car we had returned, was actually bought from an auction originally. He said he left because of the bad business practice there.nExplains so much. Do yourself and your money a favor and run far away...
