After we reached agreement on the price, and they emailed me a bill of sale, and I was trying to make payment, they didn't advise me until numerous phone calls, texts, and 2 days later that they sold the car to someone else. So not only did they sell the car to someone else, but they wasted a bunch of my time and effort. Then they gave a lame excuse about how they have 2 locations and didn't know that it had been sold. Even if that were true, how/why wouldn't they have a system to prevent that from happening....???!!!
Super excited about to pick up a car !!!! Drove 8hrs just because I loved how helpful there were over the phone!!!!
I was very Impressed with how professional and how clean the dealership was. They helped me out answered all my questions. Usually when you go to a dealership they are on not allowing you to Just browse and then ask for help. They made me feel like a human being instead of just a object so I would suggest for you to go there if you’re looking good car with out beingnAnnoyed. I bought a 2014 Jeep Compass from them on July 20, 2020. It started having problems within a week of having the car. Now as of today July 19,2020 I am out of a car and my money because the car is running hot every time I drive it. They refused to give me my money back even after only having it for a week. They were nice people but the car I bought was a lemon. A $8,000 cash lemon!
Really happy and satisfied! Roberto did a great job start to finish. I highly recommend to visit his office to anyone that is looking for a quick, smooth simple process and a friendly environment while purchasing a car!
