The reason I'll drive 30 minutes to this dealership instead of the one 2 minutes away is because of the lack of incompetence with the staff. Very knowledgeable and honest when it comes to car repairs. Oil changes always come with their 30+ point inspection. Raf is who you should ask for when needing repairs or anything pertaining to cars. Second to none!!nnUpdate 4/10/2021. Previous review 4 years ago was 5 stars. Unfortunately...nnThe service has deteriorated since they transitioned to Team Gillman from Spring Branch Honda . Oil change prices have gone up which doesn't help with their long wait times. The friendly atmosphere that I was accustomed to is non existent. From second to none to undistinguished and unremarkable.

Got my oil change done here and tire rotation and filter change and it wasn’t the speediest process but it was an added benefit to get a free wash and vacuum. I’ll be bringing my Honda here every time for oil changes. They charge the same as Jiffy Lube and they are much more thorough plus the waiting rooms are way better.

Joshua was great. This is the second time he has been my service advisor, and he's very professional, polite, and takes the time to understand what issues I was experiencing as well as to take me through the repairs and estimated costs. He also helped me out with some discounts, which is greatly appreciated, especially now during the pandemic. On top of everything, he gave my car a wash and vacuuming. He reminds me of a service advisor that was once employed at Spring Branch Honda who took care of me for several years until he moved. Thanks, Joshua!

Joshua in the service department was very professional and efficient. He quickly arranged a last minute service appointment for me, took care of all my transportation to and from the dealership, thoroughly explained all needed services and charges, and made sure my car got a wash before pickup. Would highly recommend Joshua and the Gillman service department.

Service Department has Absolute worst customer service. Waited over 15 minutes in service Bay Area for anyone of the reps to come and acknowledge my presence. And then was given a wait time 5-6 hours for an oil change. I understand that there are peak times, but these guys really don’t care much about customer.nI am determined to never bring my car here again. Ever!
