Houston VIP is truly a terrific limo service. The driver's are very nice people and genuinely care about their customers. The drivers are always early and I have never had an experience where I have arrived late at a destination. They are some of the safest drivers and the only car company that my parents trust to pick me up when I travel. I strongly recommend people to use Houston VIP Limousine in the future.
I called and reserved this Limo for a surprise wedding aniversary. The process/communication was very smooth from start to finish. My driver did an excellent job. The ride was excellent! My bride was very impressed and it was a total surprise for her. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

I had to plan a Bachelor Party and Houston VIP Limo offered me by far the best value for the price. They were very accommodating with the itinerary and our driver was friendly, reasonable, and, for the most part, prompt. I would definitely recommend Houston VIP to my friends for functions and I would certainly call them again for any future events I organize.
Booked two months in advance. Called the day before my flight to make sure everything was in order. They said they had no reservation. I said I booked online and called right after to make sure it went through and it did. They told me to call back no apology or see what we can do for you. I called back to get a run around and told oh we'll see if we can get a driver call back if you don't hear anything by two p.m. Two p.m. goes by nothing. I'm trying hard not to be upset. I'm at work stressing that I'm going to miss my flight. I called back at 2 ok there's a driver he should be contacting you by 8 p.m. if not give us a call. I'm telling all this to my coworkers and one of them offers to take me to the airport thank goodness because no one called at 8 p.m. One in the morning and a driver finally calls. Too late I found a ride and saved myself money.
