We contacted Joe to come look at our trailer because the heater wasn’t working. He came the next day and fixed the issue on the spot no problems or issues. He was the best priced out of any other shop. We will definitely be using him for all our Fredericksburg RV needs.

Traveling with my 84 year old father and 80 year old mother, the slide malfunctioned on my dads Winnebago and became jammed. We could not get the slide in in order to get on the road. We called Joe’s after hours, thinking we would get an answering machine, leave a message and hope for a call in the morning. Well, Joe answered and was immediately helpful in the conversation, eager to help as soon as he could. He was willing to help that evening, but he had an obligation already, and he said he would see what he could do to help first thing in the morning. I no more had just poured my morning cup of coffee, than Joe drove up to our campsite. The damage to the slide was severe, and he did all he could to get us back on the road. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. It is rare to find anyone in the RV world that shoots straight and Joe does. He was wonderful and we truly appreciated all he did to help us the best he could.
