After arriving late due to getting lost and calling numerous times for many direction changes as our GPS WAS GIVING US MANY DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS,all ultimately leading us in circles and back to the beginning spot, we checked in and were still able to get our service on our new pickup. We were loaned a very nice car to finish errands. The service department was finished quicker than normal and we were on our way. I stumbled upon McLane Ford while searching for a pickup. Try their online shopping and have it delivered! Best experience ever snd my sales man was Matt. Ask for him. Mr.McLane the owner came to service to meet me. This FORD PLACE IS AWESOME. Pleased!

Great customer service...from the time you drive up until you leave...greeted by familiar faces, Matt Self is the best. Always impressed that GM, Kenny McCarty, makes it a point to visit, builds relationships, knows you by name! You can't beat financing or service. Long time Ford customer, very pleased!

This is a great dealership to work with, I drove past at least 4 other dealerships to get to this one. Matt and his team were very helpful and made the buying process very simple and stress free. I really liked the owner of the dealership was in the lobby and greeted and talked with customers like you would expect from a small town dealership. To me that showed he really cared about his customers and staff. I would definitely buy another truck from them.

Phillip in the service department was very courteous, knowledgeable, and communicated with me on everything ! This was a safety recall issue. He had me stop in and check to ensure the correct parts were ordered and set up an appointment to have them installed, The parts happened to be in stock, so he went ahead and had the service performed instead of me having to come back for the appointment. Great job, Phillip and McLane Ford!! Two thumbs up!

Great service from the time I arrived until they finished my oil change and inspection. Staff is always friendly and courteous and willing to take care of all your needs.
