its my park so I mean its the only park I really know
This park is always nice and clean. Unfortunately, there's not much for shade, though. It's also a Pokéstop, for those of you who play Pokémon Go!
Like most home owners associations, they are a pest. They have contracted out to a big corp that harrasses over the freshness of the paint on your chimney and the visibility of your trashcan. They won't do anything about people parking cars all over the place, about the fences falling down on Columbia Memorial (when South Shore Blvd gets an association paid for wall) or even manage the swimming pool. The pool isn't open as much as other local pools and it's been 9 months since hurricane Harvey... But the pool is still thrashed. HOA is junk.
