Let me say this I usually go to the one on 646 League City, but they are doing remodel so we have to go to Lighthouse store. Those empliyees are awesomeud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4dalways friendly, fast, and professional!!! They are FANTASTIC!!!
Tried twice to get a Slim and Trim Vanilla. Could not make it right. Closed before I could take the Second one back. Terrible.
They are NEVER open and ready at 7am! Here it is 7:10 and they're not even open! Really throws a wrench into my commute for work!
Always delicious and friendly, but it inevitability takes longer than I would expect everytime.
Going to this location is a gamble - sometimes you get one made decently and sometimes it's an infuriating waste of money. I've been to other locations with far more consistency than this one. I went today and my experience led me to finally review this location. First, I ordered 2 smoothies without anything. My first smoothie (pineapple strawberry) had a protein and chocolate aftertaste and was so thick that a straw was useless. My second smoothie was an apple kiwi kale that was 80% ice and not even crushed all the way. To top it off, while I'm paying and waiting for my drinks, I hear the cashier (Chase) calling his fellow workers profanities at the top of his lungs. Awful experience - dont bother with this location. The workers are clearly young and immature and dont care to make anything with quality.
