I love them they are great in every way. they love there kids and and positive and respectful and kind hard working ladies!
Very unprofessional. Charged for services they didn’t give. Outdated facility and the owner is hardly ever there. She goes through employees and it’s very hard to establish a true relationship with the caregiver of your child when they switch them up so often.
This is a great daycare. An affordable center, Small Steps has friendly and attentive staff. We just moved to Louisville and were looking for a daycare and I’m thankful they had space for us. They provide two meals and two snacks. They also have a garden and outdoor space. They use a great app that allows you to message them directly and see updates on your children’s activities for the day. Highly recommend this center!
I'm glad we found this place to put our son. Before enrolling they let us take a tour and introduced us to all the people working that day and talked about the people not there. They went over what a normal day consists of for each age group and which staff normally works with each group. While showing us the rooms all of the kids looked happy, which definitely put me at ease. They also use an app to update parents on when your child eats, sleep, or needed a diaper change. You can also message them and they can even send pictures! I'm a big fan of the pictures because who doesn't like seeing their kid? Small Steps even does community days and several other activities the kids can share and will message all the parents through the app on when it is happening. Just recently they offered free vision tests for the kids. All of the staff have been friendly and very helpful. So yes, I highly recommend this daycare.
I absolutely love this daycare and its staff. My 2 children 4 and 9 months love it there!! My 4 year old loves her teacher and even ask to go to daycare on the weekend. She had learned so much!! My 9 month old just smiles when she sees her teachers and Is always clean and dry when she is picked up!!! Kim is very professional and nice!! I love small steps child care!!
