Been going here for over a year now, love the service, they know their customers and addresses them by name, that's a plus for me. Very relaxing atmosphere, honor any points you've earned, even if you forget your point card, not too expensive, no contracts. Love their work.
AMAZING! I was in town and booked with Anna. This was my third time getting lashes done at all. She did a quick job, about an hour (most places take 2-3 hours) and they were just what I showed her! Also, they have lasted FIVE weeks!!!! Highly impressed.
I Dont LIKE when i cant communicate with the representative because she cant spk English. I had a Groupon '& THEY tried to charge me more because they said i got something more than the Groupon desired. I Told them I had a Groupon when i booked the appt & the lady that couldn't spk English wasn't helpful in that area. She also put so much Glue. My lashes were Stuck to my lid after i took a short nap. I was looking crazy
Personally speaking I’m never going back here again not only did Lash “technician” cut my Real lashes but the lashes I got last week didn’t even hold up. The glue work was sloppy and the lash quality is cheap looks like plastic. I strongly wouldn’t recommend now I have to let my real lashes grow a bit before I get them done properly again. 0/10
I've been going to Spectrum for a couple of years now and they always treat me well and do a great job. I showed up without an appointment this morning, because I really needed a touch up before heading out of town, and Nancy squeezed me into her schedule quickly before her scheduled client arrived. I love Nancy! She always takes great care of me.
