The manager Alex is very unpleasant. Had a few experiences with coupon snd rewards not being honored properly. Managers need to be more empathetic than have an arrogant attitude. If this continues ... people will find a different CVS.nnTrey is the best !!. Very polite and at least let’s you know why a coupon cannot be honored and is just plain nice and polite.
