Very nice and polite staff, especially the man with his hair in a bun, I think his name is Kailan. The coffee is nice and there are a nice variety of creams. Enjoyable experience.

The staff are friendly but the outside area is deplorable. This is a new store and it's a mess. The community needs to demand better from guest and children/ teen to stop littering.
