I have been with Wells Fargo bank 15 years and never had a real problem with them if i have they have fixed it for me.
I’ve been using this branch since 2013, the tellers and bankers have always been helpful and professional.
Closed my accounts after 10 years with Wells Fargo. Local branch customer service is horrible, rude, untrained and come across as dishonest. Either completely ignorant or intentionally misguiding people. Will never trust this bank with a dime again. I highly recommend banking literally anywhere else.
Tried closing my account here over two years ago. Went it and sat down with the banker over my account and signed all of the papers, 2 years later the account is STILL open and they can’t explain why. Not happy with this service at all. Do not recommend them.
Great service at the drive thru. Always really nice and super fast.
