Charged 800 bucks to install a tankless water heater in under 2 hours. Missing screws. Stripped screws. Wire harness was hanging as they did not use the retaining nut. Unit came with new valves. They re-used the old ones and I had to ask for the new ones before they left. I am sure they were just gonna charge another customer for them. I know they are busy due to the storm. But if you are gonna charge a premium the work should match.
They will require $100.00 before they will talk to you. So basically before they look at the problem, or before they quote a price and before you can establish any sense of confidence in their ability you have to pay them $100.00. That is ridiculous! These people are arrogant.
Arrived home on a Thursday night to find our AC not working. Called them Friday morning to help. Their schedule was full and they had techs out sick. The thought of spending a weekend without AC became a real possibility. Patrick said he would do his best to work us in. Arranged to leave a key and off to work I went not knowing what would happen. Came home to find out Patrick had come out personally to repair. Thank you Leon’s! Y’all are the best in the business.
The woman who answered the phone made sure that we would never do business with Leon's. She was incredibly rude and definitely seemed to really detest her job. I can't vouch for the actual work they do but will not find out.
