I went to order 2 pepperoni pizza and 2 crazy breads.nNothing was ready. Jorge H running the register said 15 minutes. Paid and waited. 20 minutes goes by, 30 minutes goes by. A young lady ask can she help me.nI let her know I have been waiting for 35 minutes for my order. She went in back and never seen her again. As people are coming in after me and ordering and getting there pizza I asked Jorge H. What the deal was he states he for got to put my order in.nAfter 45 minutes I tell them I want money back.nAll sudden my order is ready. I told Jorge H. just give me my pizza I want to go home. He then proceeded to blame it on the cook skipping my order. Tried to talk to manager she claims not to speak english. Jorge H is translating to her who-knows-what. They both act like no big deal that I have been here almost an hour for 2 pepperoni pizzas and 2 crazy breads.nI have been going to this little Caesars for years and never had issues. But this location has changed.nThe employees do not care. They are rude. Jorge HnDid not even say I'm sorry for your wait or anything.nHow can you have a manager on your staff like this.nJust acted like it was no big deal. I will be turning this location into BBB. And calling the district manager.

I asked for a fresh pizza to be made not a hot and ready and they gave me a old pizza and actually had me wait 20 minutes like they actually prepared a fresh one.

Because we are limited on time on Thursday but also, we do pizza and Pokémon Go every Thursday, we use the app. It makes it super easy to get exactly what we want, when we want it. Always a great store to get pizzas from when you’re feeding a family of 7!

Love Caesars anyway but this location is one of the best. Food quality is always good. They do run out of hot n ready sometimes but don't be a jerk about it. Wait 10 min, get a pizza, go away

Ordered online at 7:20 for pickup. Said be ready at 7:40 and would receive email when ready. I didn't wait for email and went ahead to pick up at 7:45. Waited for another 5 mins before anyone asked me.nIt was sitting in back with many other orders and not in pick up slot. Then I get an email at 8:04 my pizza is Ready!!! What?
