Never even mentioned that they are closed?! Citation told me to appear in court by a certain date, showed up and they failed to say they were only taking payments online or by phone. Didn’t answer the phone until around the tenth time I called. Then couldn't give them my registration paperwork since they weren’t doing in person so had to pay entire fine. That says online would be waived upon completion of registration!! Completely unprofessional way to run a city!!!!

This office is fast and efficient. For the person who does not like being called ma'am you are in Texas they ma'am and sir all of the people that they do not know on a personal basis.

I called to ask a simple question and whoever answered was being very rude. They need to IMPROVE their customer service.

I just had the rudest experience at this Tax Office that was completely uncalled for all the while being called Ma'am over and over again. She could not wait for me to leave and what give her some peace and quiet to not do her job? Yeah fast line. Horrible service!
