I love this tax service!! I worked as a teacher and have a business. I was very concerned because I am unknowlegeable about taxes when you have two incomes. Mr. Clark did my taxes last year and it was a great success. As I sit with him now, I am so glad to be here. I can talk freely about my business concerns with confidentiality and feel safe and secure when leaving my finances in their hands. No worries with black owned business. I would referred anyone to take care of there business finances here.

This is my 4th year filing with Diane at Lady Love Tax services. They have been providing services to others for over 30 years and it shows! I’ve recently had to start filing taxes for my businesses and Diane helped me every step of the way. She is very knowledgeable with all things business. I’m also in and out. I schedule an appointment and she is prompt and ready to go every year!

Needed to have a notary witness a signature. State law says max charge is $6 but don't why they quoted me $20. Went somewhere else where they charged me the correct amount.nnIn response to management:n—— I can say 100% and without any doubt that it was Lady Love Tax Service. Would be more than happy to share the screen shot off when I called which shows your number, the date, time of day along with the amount of time I was on the phone. Now it’s completely understandable if someone misquoted me but to insinuate that I am lying without first asking questions really leaves a lot to be said.

I wanted to have a positive experience with them - opting to choose this company, however I was sorely disappointed. The young man who was initially doing my return didn't communicate well and needed assistance throughout - he never filed taxes for someone with stock, according to his own statement. It took an incredibly long period of time and the intent was to charge me over $900. I did not receive professional or qualified service and felt like I was not taken seriously as a customer. I was willing to pay for the time to enter, and still felt robbed for what I paid for my taxes NOT to be filed with them. Don't do it.

Lady Love Tax Service is the best! Very professional and gets things done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Lady Love Tax Service to anyone looking for somewhere to go!
