Donte’ (on bar) provided the most legendary and proficient service. After had a drink had been lost in the order, he was able to quickly adapt to the situation, make the drink, and provide amazing quality in a timely manner.
Told person in Drivethrough we were there for happy hour, she told us to tell the person at the next window. Placed our order and pulled forward. Lady at the next window said it was too late and charged us full prices...
I come here almost every morning and every time they provide amazing and fast service! Every staff member is super friendly and sweet but Charlotte, Hailey, and Alex always go above and beyond every time I’m there.
The customer service at this place is trash; especially when you place a mobile order. I went there this morning and they showed little interest in acknowledging any of the the lobby customers. This is not the first time this has happened.
The window times at this store are some of the worst in north Texas. You may wait 20-30 mins in a line that should take 5-6 mins. Staff is friendly but slowest stor I’ve ever been to.
