Palio's Pizza Cafe Crossroads

Great food as always. The King pizza is our favorite. Crust is thin, but not too this. They load up the pizza on this style which we like. A large is big enough to fill 2-3 people. They do cut it in squares. As you see we still had some to take home. Cheese bread is a must, although I will admit this time they went a little light on the cheese. Ask for extra cheese, worth the little charge. Its nice to eat the cheese bread while waiting for the rest of the food. You will serve yourself on the fountain drinks, but a server will still check up on you at least once. Overall good food and positive experience.

Great quality, great service! The BBQ chicken pizza was phenomenal, and the people who work there are very kind. I picked up one day and they gave me more complimentary ranch after I spilled mine in my car. I ordered delivery today and it arrived fast and fresh, and they were kind enough to make sure my hot and cold food stayed separate. The salad was fresh and you could tell they actually washed everything before putting it together.

Awhile back we ordered a pizza and our little one who is such a picky eater discovered black olives and Canadian bacon. Your pizza is the only one she will eat. Happily shocked. I personally love their salads . They are awesome!! We lived in Coppell and this Palio’s is a lot better!! You’ve won us over just by our picky eater. But honestly the food is fresh and delicious!!! Never go wrong!!

I enjoy eating here so much and I absolutely love that they offer their own delivery without having to go through third party delivery services. I always order their Personal pizzas, pastas, salads and deserts. However, tonight I placed an order through delivery at 6:30PM and my order was never delivered. When I contacted the restaurant at 7:40PM, they informed me, “ my food just left with the delivery driver and is on its way.” Their restaurant is 15-20 minutes away from my house but I’m a nurse and running late home and needed to provide a quick meal to my family. I waited until 8:05PM to call them back to inform them our order has yet to be received. They told me that the delivery driver states, “My order was dropped off a long time ago.” It was not. Maybe it was the slight accusation and tone for me? But it definitely put me off. I have a ring doorbell, it records all motion.. it’s now 8:30PM and Not a soul for two hours. By this time I’m regretting not driving the extra 20 minutes out of my way to pick it up or spend the extra time to go grocery shopping, my babies are hungry! It’s not like this would be their first time to this location, I’ve ordered food from this location multiple times and have spent hundred of dollars on my meal and they’ve delivered with no issues. I have still yet to receive my order and they close in 20 minutes at 9PM.nnEdited: Meals received and ordered from them again a 2 weeks later with NO issues!

Disappointed to even have to give a 2 star review. When I first started ordering from Palio’s everything was great and the food was fresh. But as I continued to order trying to be a loyal customer to this location whenever I had a taste for hot wings I kept experiencing more issues with my order. I haven’t ordered from here in over 6 months because I was just tired of going through their mistakes and lack of paying attention to what I was requesting and paying for. Today yet again and not by surprise I’m disappointed with my order and they gave me expired chips. Who knows what else they are selling that is out of date by a whole month. Palio’s I’m not sure what caused the decline in your quality and service but I’m hoping you all will correct that. (Delivery orders need improvement)
