This place needs help. The Slurpee machines said that the drinks were ready but they weren’t. Too watery. The cashier was too busy playing on his phone while ringing people up at the checkout counter and he had an attitude that needs to be put in check.
There is a lot of 7/11’s I have been to and the late night employee Jamel is by far the best employee I have ever experienced. Not only is he friendly and helpful but he keeps the cleanest store and bathrooms you will find at a 7/11. Brother needs a raise! ✌ud83cudffb

Late shift associate literally does not know how to check-out a customer correctly. I have been 3 times in the last week late at night because I am taking care of a newborn and EACH time I have had a problem, especially with rewards, and I have had to explain what she needs to do. Her response tonight to me explaining what she needs to do on her end was “I can’t help you because I do not know how to do that.”nnI happen to know what the associates need to do/can do because I have been going to this store 3-5 times a week (not including gas) for the past two years. I will not be spending money here any longer.
