Every time I visit there is a long line at the drive through that moves at a snails pace. Going inside isn’t much better. The front check out is great but the pharmacy needs a much better process and staff! I receive multiple messages that my RX is ready (great), but can’t pick it up in a timely manner once I arrive (not great)!
Don’t even bother with this dumpster fire. You’d have better luck at a lab in Wuhan. The customer is always wrong.
Wasted my time in a very rude and malicious way. It's clear that some pharmacists don't appreciate their high salary. I felt like I was at a poorly run fast-food chain.
Received friendly service in timely manner
Came in with a back injury a year ago. There was 3 prescriptions I didn't recognise. When I refused to buy the unknown medicine that day and wait until I could confirm with my Dr, the staff refused to sell me ANY of my scripts! I had to go to another pharmacy the next day to get my medicine due to staff deleting my scripts. Would give negative stars if I could. What if those were life saving medications?
