Smoothie King

Favorite customer here and I feel awful about this one star because I love the customer service here and my kids and I are known here. However, my last few experiences haven’t been very pleasant :(nSmoothie king hasn’t changed it recipe but this location always add way too much water to our smoothies. I’m actually very disappointed. We will probably become loyal customers again towards the end of the year. Hopefully things will get better.nnLet me also add that one of the workers didn’t have her mask on when we came through but I won’t leave a name here because she doesn’t need to get in trouble for not having it on for those few minutes.

I have been going to this Smoothie King multiple times a week for at least a year or more and just have to say it is the best one in the area. The staff is always top notch and make you feel like you're their only customer no matter how busy they are. 5 stars isn't enough! Keep up the good work!!!!

I found Smoothie King about a year ago and come in at least 2 times a weeks to help stick to my healthy goals. The staff is always friendly and patient with my ever changing and indecisive smoothie picks. When I first started coming in they had wonderful suggestions to try, ways to modify my favorites to meet my goals, and ways to save money! (Everyone should download the app! Im always getting coupons, discounts, and incentives with it.) Thank you Smoothie King for always being a highlight of my day!

My wife and I come here a lot for breakfast, we love the smoothies and generally the customer service is awesome. My review has nothing to do with the quality of the smoothies. I do have a problem with management. Every morning that we go to this Smoothie King, there seems to be only one person working. And quite a few customers. Drive through lines pile up, there’s people in curbside (us today) and one person is running the whole thing.nAs a former retail manager I can understand having fewer employees during down times, but I also understand culture and what kind of work environment you set up and a standard you set for your team. I don’t believe this store has that because although the team is giving good service(most of the time), you can see it in their face the amount of stress they are going through when you have all of these customers and they are by themselves.nToday, we chose curbside pickup because we had to be at work earlier than normal and to take our infant to her doctor’s appointment in downtown Ft Worth, SM promotes “Why Wait In Line, Pick Up Curbside” (or save time, I don’t remember). After exceeding our time for pickup by 15 mins (15mins of time on I35 is priceless sometimes) my wife went inside the store to check on our smoothies.nThe guy working was very polite and apologetic about the delay, but also complained that “they always do this” and “I don’t know how they expect to run this store with only 1 person” and “customers always end up coming inside and complaining about the delay” and “this is my last week, I’m quitting”.nIn my opinion, this is not a work environment set up for success. I really hope Smoothie King addresses this because we love coming here to get breakfast, but we also like getting to work on time (or at least getting our drinks at the time their system says we will). It may sound petty of me to say all of this but we now leave our house 15-30 mins earlier than we’d normally need to, to get to work on time, because we expect delays at smoothie king. 9/10 times we experience those delays.

Bad experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. I purchased a smoothie before their closing time, which was made incorrectly. I turned around and was told they were closed and had already begun washing dishes and that they would only offer me a voucher for another day. So I received a bad product and in return some bad service bc they didn't want to take the 5 extra mins to make/clean for another smoothie. Not cool Smoothie King Not cool at all.
