He was very knowledgable and truly cares for his clients. He made sure my son received, through his 504 meeting, what would help him succeed not just through school but help him gain confidence in himself and build character. He facilitated a very emotional time for me and dealt with unwilling and difficult administrators with ease and took charge of a seemingly impossible task for me. He changed mine and my sons outcome in his school and earned me some respect. His assistant Tara is compassionate and very polite, always made me feel like i was not just another client but a person going through emotional turmoil due to my sons predicament. I will be calling Eric again for any education issues for my son.
