Physicians office called in refills in late morning 11am/noon early afternoon called to check and the automated system said meds were in process of being filled at 5:10pm. Not sure why the Roanoke TX Hwy 377 takes so long to fill prescriptions. Perhaps they need to hire more pharmacy techs to keep up with the demand. Once certified offer better compensation/pay benefits ect...

Never have medications ready. Hardly ever answer the phone. Soooo slow in drive thru.

The CVS in Roanoke is a beautiful store and I have met some very nice staff members who are very helpful.nnTwo issues that make my experience less enjoyable: (1) the bathrooms are dirty and never have the proper supplies, and (2) I bought a few cans of shaving cream and elected to pay at the register in the pharmacy. Unfortunately the CVS employee was not happy with me purchasing non pharmacy items, and quickly said, “you know we do have self check out up front.” There were no people waiting in line at the pharmacy and it took 30 seconds to pay for the items.nnI am a big fan of CVS - this is not the CVS experience I am used to. Disappointed customer.

I was very sick and the Doctor forwarded a prescription order at 3 pm at 8 o'clock that evening they were closing and I went thru the drive thru one last time and the lady at the window said sorry that they weren't ready and come back tomorrow. I had to cough syrup or antibiotic to help me thru the night. I now transfer everything to Walmart. You made me suffer and all you say was sorry. Pathetic
