This was the most unprofessional experience of my life. The manager took my order and canceled it because there driver quit. Then in return he cursed me out over the phone because my order was canceled. This is unprofessional and inappropriately. The worse place to place a order in life. Please fire your entire unprofessional staff at this location. I will put a review every single day until this is handled.

We placed our order a little before 7pm and got a confirmation email saying it would be ready for curbside pickup in 15-20 minutes. I pulled up at 7:15 and notified them I was here. At 7:25 I called and hit 2 to check on the status of my order. After a few minutes they hung up. I called back and hit 1 to place an order and a national call center picked up and they said my order would be ready at 7:20. I explained it was after that and they said they would notify the store I was there. I finally walked in at 7:30 and was treated extremely rudely by what turned out to be the manager, who said it should have said a 2 hour wait and would I like to cancel my order. I said no, I would wait but could I ask who the owner was.....he said he had no idea but that they had 2 people instead of 6 working.nTry going to the nearby Domino’s on Sherry Ln where they welcome you the minute you walk in for your order and it’s ready exactly when they say it will be regardless of how busy it is.......not to mention much better pizza and prices.

Toss up between zero and one star. Picked up an order and a young man named Edgar checked us out at the counter.nnEdgar Customer service was surprisingly awful - all I can say is - many of us get called into work when we don't want to be there - having an outright negative attitude is counterproductive. I intended to pay, pick up our order, and leave as happy as I was when I initially arrived.nnInteracting with Edgar was a bit trying as he seemed completely annoyed that yet another customer has walked through Pizza Hut door which would force him to work or maybe he was experiencing something personal. Not sure but his eye rolling, dramatic loud breathing to exhale, interrupting customers mid sentence ) were dismissive and rude.nUnacceptable by any standard of decent customer service. I felt like I invaded his personal time.

Ordered a lg meat lovers pizza. It arrived cold. It clearly had been sitting around for some time before it was delivered ... it was not freshly made.nnAvoid this Pizza Hut at all costs!
