Avoid this place unless you like to sit and wait for hours without any communication from the warehouse. They have a phone number on the door to TEXT your shipping info to. No one replies. You call all available numbers, no one answers or returns your call. Marked as a do not serve location on my map. I’m in the parking lot of this place while writing this. There’s a line of trucks receiving the same unprofessional treatment. All waiting with zero communication.
Great place to load!! Been here 6 or 8 times and always fast an friendly with plenty of room to park... One of the few places that realizes if you’re gonna ship with trucks you need room for trucks!!
Best and safest place in USA to pick up load see picture text number for pick up delivery info and door. Good job again to you guys are #1 shipper so far.
Large company, no office check in, only through messages, you need to follow the instructions. My waiting time to be loaded was almost 2 and a half hours. I'm not sure about overnight parking and restroom. After you are loaded, someone will bring you the papers.
The Covid world is changing. This place is BY FAR the best adapted, hands free, no contact place I've been to. As the other reviews specify, text info., slide tandems to the rear, chock wheels, disconnect red air line. They will bring paperwork to you. I was in and out in less than 1.5 hours. Freaking Awesome!!!nThank you guys.nLove this place.nI hope I come back here again.
