They do not even deserve this star. Very poor customer service in the pharmacy. I dropped in for a flu shot without appointment. It was next door to my bank. I been told by others that they had easily gotton a flu shot at CVS without appointment and by just answering a few questions verbally. There was no other customer at the counter. They insisted that I go online on my phone and fill out the lengthy appointment questionnaire while standing there in the pharmacy. When I protested, there was no response. I'm not good at typing on the phone, but while I struggled there was no rescue from employee. I could not complete the form so I left. I will never be back there!

This store is remodeled and the people that work here are great and have been here for sometime. I see that some people have given the location reviews that would make it seem to be uncaring when it’s not. No one at this store was personally responsible for the decision of the handicap ramp. No person at this store made the decision that the hand sanitizers sent obviously to keep the associates safe couldn’t be sold to the customers and someone called in your drugs to their store so how would you like it if they did take back medicines and turned around and sold them to you in the future. People need to take some personal responsibility and stop walking around blindly in this world. Look at your Rx before you pay for it and stop looking behind counters to see what’s in a box that isn’t for sale to you!

This store is especially well managed and staffed. It is hardly ever out of anything, like many other stores are.

I drove all the way over from Lakewood to visit CVS Snider Plaza. The reason is because Shelby gives the best shots of anyone I've ever met. I needed the diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis and I had heard that it was a painful shot, but when Shelby gave it to me I hardly felt a thing. She used to be at the Lakewood CVS but took over the store in Snyder Plaza. She's so good that the next time I need an immunization I'm going to make the drive again. And of course the CVS has everything that every other CVS does, from supplements and over the counter drugs, prescription and immunization, food items and household necessities.
